By accessing or using HanaPal (ハナパル), operated by Solanalink Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

HanaPal provides real-time pollen index data and health recommendations for Japan. The service uses the following third-party data sources:

• Google Pollen API — Provides real-time pollen concentration data, pollen type breakdowns, and regional forecasts.
• Grok xAI — Dynamically generates personalized health advice and recommendations based on current pollen conditions.

3. User Accounts

• You may use the service as a guest without creating an account.
• Account creation enables additional features (bookmark sync, push notifications).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access beyond normal usage
• Redistribute pollen data commercially without authorization

5. Health Disclaimer

HanaPal does not provide medical advice. Pollen data and health recommendations are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. We are not responsible for health outcomes based on information provided by the service.

6. Data Sources & AI-Generated Content

Pollen data is sourced from the Google Pollen API and may not reflect exact real-time conditions at your specific location. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pollen data.

Health advice displayed in the app is dynamically generated by Grok xAI, an artificial intelligence model. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice. Always verify important health information with a qualified healthcare provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and code comprising HanaPal are the intellectual property of Solanalink Inc. The HanaPal name, logo, and “Bubble Shiba” mascot are trademarks of Solanalink Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solanalink Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to health-related decisions made based on pollen data.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.
